[Good afternoon, Johto! Archer is seated at a desk, glancing over a list of papers when the feed turns on. He smirks at the camera after a moment and folds his hands.]

I have several eggs here that I'd like to sell. I'm willing to give anyone who replies on this channel half off. I can assure you, the eggs are definitely worth it.

[It's shortly followed by a list. It's missing ten of the eggs, but that's nothing you need to worry about~ The feed ends there.]

[Several minutes later a public broadcast goes out featuring the same list, plus ten other eggs.]

As you can see, I have quite a few eggs I need to sell. The prices and egg moves are listed, just let me know which ones you're interested and--

[He's suddenly interrupted by a Tynamo floating into the screen near him. Archer tries to shoo her away, but that just seems to upset her. She moves to latch her x-shaped mouth onto his hand and shocks him.

Archer yelps and tries to pull her off, finding it impossible. Clearly there's only one solution.]

Kimblee!

[...yell for his Kimblee, obviously. The feed cuts out there.

It comes back on shortly thereafter, with Archer looking even more pissed than usual. His hand is bandaged though the injury doesn't seem to be too bad. Tynamo aren't very powerful, after all.]

As I was saying, I'll send the eggs wherever you need them, either through the Centers or with one of my Flying-types. Thank you for your time.

Well, while I have no doubt that she might be able to kill you eventually, I doubt it's a matter of one or two levels before she's capable.

You're selling quite a few this time around, aren't you? Expecting to be busy for a while?

I'm trying out something new, I want to see if it works. Do you remember that post I made asking about the microchips?

[Smirking. Like a douche.]

I managed to get in contact with Executive Archer; he approved of my plans and allowed me to work with a scientist to microchip a few of the Pokémon I'm selling. That's why there are a few hatched already. They've been implanted with the microchips. They'll be loyal to Team Rocket regardless of who buys them.

And what do you plan on doing with this master plan of yours? Anything in particular, or just causing some chaos?

For the time being I'm going to see who purchases the Pokémon, but I do plan on causing a bit of chaos in the future. If this works out, I will try something on a much larger scale - possibly stealing trainer's Pokémon and microchipping them, then allowing the trainers to catch a Grunt to retrieve it.

Ah, speaking of plans - I managed to get in contact with our friends at the PGC. It seems Miss Farron is still receptive to meeting in person.

She wants to meet in Violet City, about a week from now; Miss Altava will be there as well. Do you plan on accompanying me?

Yes, of course I'll accompany you. I have interest in Violet as well, actually, though that will have to wait until after the tournament that's been announced.

I've been feeling rather bored lately. Besides, we need those promotions if we want to take over this organization. The resources and information we'll have access to as an Alpha-ranking member of this organization will certainly be helpful.

I imagine you're closer to it than I am, Archer; regardless, you know I'll do what I can to assist you.

[determinator]

Excellent. I may need your assistance when I target Falkner.

[And by "may need your assistance" he means "you're helping whether you like it or not."]

Really, Archer, you say that as though there's a chance I'll say "no."

Well it certainly wouldn't do for me to assume you would say "yes" either.

[But from that smirk it's obvious that they're playing.]

I plan on using my Psychic-types to target Falkner and control him. My experiments have worked on the locals - both trainers and civilians - so I doubt Falkner will be any different.

And what do you plan on doing with him, if I may?

[determinator]

I plan on taking his Pokémon for one. It should take him awhile to get them back, or at least obtain new ones so the Gym can run again. Taking an entire Gym out for quite some time would be rather interesting, don't you think?

But this is just the first step. If this goes off well, I plan on targeting Whitney next. She could very easily announce over the radio that she's allied with Team Rocket, couldn't she?

She certainly could - ah, but that begs the question of what we're going to do with her afterwards, doesn't it? I don't suppose this mind-alteration of yours is permanent.

Oh of course not. I plan on having the scientists plant microchips in her Pokémon. She would essentially be completely at the mercy of Team Rocket.
