Notes: Seth has been listed under the Moon Arcana and the Tower Arcana. Obviously I'll be using Seth as the latter, though his skills will be loosely based around the sets he has in Persona 3 and 4.

Level 70: Hellfire » Inflicts a large amount of fire damage on all enemies.
Level 80: Judgment of Darkness » Inflicts a large amount amount of damage on all enemies. Has a 50% chance of killing targets.
Level 90: Crescent Mirror » Inflicts an extremely large amount of damage against all enemies.
Level 100: Omega Cluster » Affects all enemies. For each turn after this spell is cast, the lowest level enemy will die.
