[The video opens to a nondescript room, focused on nine different types of eggs, all neatly propped up by pillows. Curled around the eggs is a sleepy-looking Persian, who seems rather annoyed that her nap has been interrupted by the video. Archer isn't in the shot.]

I have been experimenting with Pokémon breeding. Sheska has assisted me. These are the results.

[To those who actually know Archer, the strange, clipped speech might seem a bit odd. He hasn't been feeling well lately, no big deal!]

The following Pokémon are available for sale: Shinx, Murkrow, Zubat, Porygon, Hoothoot, Mime Jr, Pawniard, Litwick, and Audino. I also have two hatched Onixes for sale. The majority of these have egg moves as well. If you're interested, I can give you the prices. Thank you for your time.

He left. He went travelling with an alchemist from your version of Amestris and a girl from "London." The one he took to the masquerade.

[Also the one he slept with, but Archer's not bitter about that at all, nope!! c:]

[ He is all the confused right now. What's the big deal here...? ]

Of course not. He left without telling me. He left a note informing me that he was leaving with the other two.

And you're... upset.

[ It's not a question. But... he's pretty not sure where this is headed. ]

[You can have the bitchiest look ever, Hughes.]

Of course. He was supposed to be loyal to me.

[This is Archurian for "we were friends tho!!"]

[ Have a pause while he sips some coffee. ]

And by loyal, you mean... only traveling with you?

[What was that for? Archer's rage fizzles out quickly enough, but Hughes has always been good at that, if only because he stuns Archer into submission easily enough.]

...I suppose. Yes. He was supposed to only listen to me and follow my orders.

[ You're an idiot... Really...

Good thing you seem to be slightly more calm now. Or submissive. Whatever. Same thing. ]

He's got his own brain, you know. He can make decisions on his own.

... And I'm not sure Emmy or Isaac were ordering him to travel with them.

That's hardly the point. He left me after he said he wouldn't.

[...Did he ever say that? Or was that Kimbley?]

I should have known better than to trust him.

[ Somehow, he doesn't see Kimblee as the type who'd promise to not leave anyone. Then again, how well did he really know Kimblee anyways? ]

Archer... Trusting someone doesn't mean keeping them chained to you at all times. If you trust someone, you have faith that they'll come back.

[ ... Why does it sound like he's talking to a little girl about her boyfriend or something? ]

[Kimblee isn't his boyfriend!! Why does everyone think this anyway?]

He's not going to come back though. He was very irritated when he left. I've attempted to repair things, but I've done all I can do short of tracking him down myself.

What'd you do to piss him off?

[No, but my codependent platonic life-partner tho!!]

What makes you think it was anything I did?

[That might be the most defensive thing ever.]

Because someone obviously did something. And if it were something he did, you wouldn't be so [ don't say desperate, don't say desperate, don't say desperate... ] eager to track him down.

I suppose I might have been partially at fault.

[That's the closest you're getting to an admission here! Congratulations, Hughes! That's better than he'd give anyone else!]

...We had an argument during the masquerade. I suppose I was being a bit... controlling.

[ Somehow, he thinks that there's a bit more to I've done all I can do short of tracking him down myself. ]

I've attempted to get in contact with him through the Gear. I've called him several times.

[At least once a day...]

He's not going to forgive me for what I said and did. There isn't anything else I can do.

[He sounds more frustrated than anything else; he's not actually mad at Kimblee anymore.]

[ Oh my gosh, Archer. Are we in high school? Are you a girl? What is this conversation? ]

Maybe you should give him some time to think things over. He'll be back in Goldenrod eventually, you know. There's a gym here.

[determinator]

[Hilarious. This is serious, Hughes!!]

...I know. He has to return to report in for Team Rocket at some point.

[But who knows how long that will take? What if he decides to ditch Team Rocket just to avoid having to run into Archer?]

I'm not a patient person, Hughes. I don't like waiting. I prefer to act.

[ Uh huh... very serious. He's taking it really seriously.

... Seriously. ]

Acting isn't always the best course of action. There are times when you have to step back, gather all the information you have, and consider all your possibilities, don't you think?

[ You're in investigations, Archer. Seriously, get your act together... ]

[Oh come on, he keeps his personal life and work separate! ...Or at least he would if he actually had both at the same time. Team Rocket doesn't count as work, shush.]

...I suppose. But still, I feel like I should be able to do something here.

I did trust him. I don't anymore.

[Yes, this is the equivalent of a five year old whining about how their best friend took their toy and now he hates his friend forever because of it.]

[...The five year old probably has better social skills than Archer, however.]

...He's not going to come back. I know him well enough to know that.
